Our story so far:
In 1845 one of the biggest family-run institutions ever known in Belgium saw the light of day. This family company which was renamed Galeria Inno in 2001; today employs a staff of 1371.
Our employees all share the same passion for excellence. It is this passion that drives each of us to ensure satisfaction for our clients, to help them and to provide them with the best possible service.
Our HR policy is a direct interpretation of this passion. A great number of tools and methods have been implemented in order to assist our employees and offer them satisfaction too and to promote their professional development.
Our first mission is to ensure optimal satisfaction of our clients – both internal and external.
This mission is elaborated around four main axes:
