Head of ePMO

Provide support for global & local delivery throughout the several organizational units by:

  • ensuring the right conditions for efficient, qualitative, in-time and budget delivery of programs & projects.
  • ensuring effective sourcing of the workforce, with a strong awareness of the business needs

Main accountabilities

  • Portfolio Management:
    • Project & Portfolio Management on a corporate level
      • Lead the project portfolio review process
      • Monitor the offer process for new projects
      • Simulate the impact and load of planned projects
    • Provide project management methodology & best practices:
      • Develop and implement consistent and standardized end-to-end project processes and methodologies
      • Control the application of these standard processes
      • Promote exchange of best practices
      • Organize training and certification
    • Project Management performance monitoring (Business controlling is performed by the business lines themselves).
    • Support the preparation for Investment Committee; link with International reporting.
    • Project Controlling
    • Project Management Tools
  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Interface with global and international colleagues in Worldline to make sure that the corporate guidelines are implemented in the Benelux organization

 Job Requirements

Experience

  • A previous successful experience of minimum 7+ years in an equivalent function
  • Experience in the financial sector or more particularly in payment systems is a great asset
  • A track record in program and project management methodologies, solution development and delivery & support of business applications - must have had operational responsibilities and led sizeable teams
  • Experience with quality assurance
  • Experience in international outsourcing & supplier management; able to work with global purchasing in HQ

Specific skills/ competences (business, management… competences)

  • A good awareness of the business needs and a thorough understanding of IT and business processes and how to manage and improve these processes
  • Excellent communication skills (Dutch-French-English)
  • The ability to convince people, to prioritize, to overcome barriers and handle internal politics
  • Proven C-level exposure and good presentation skills
  • Strong financial and reporting skills
  • International /multi-cultural orientation
