E-commerce driven KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Estée Lauder Cosmetics is currently recruiting a key Account Manager for E-commerce, to boost sales at our e-retailers.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES AS KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER E-COMMERCE
As a Sales native driven by Digital & e-commerce trends, you are responsible for the overall success and top-of-mind awareness of our brands on our retailers e-Com doors by:
- Developing plans, KPI’s and goals to achieve for the different brands at each retailer
- Building a strong relationship with key retailers through the proposition of adapted solutions & value creation for their e-commerce business.
- Working as a true digital professional by leveraging all online tools (social media, newsletters,..) to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
- Understanding & advising on customer profiles per retailer
- Analyzing the market to identify the newest e-commerce trends and opportunities
- Analyzing and interpreting the sales performance and results of the different brands at each e-retailers to identify weaknesses and business opportunities
Do you have what it takes to handle this Key Account Manager E-commerce job?
- Master degree in Business/Marketing/Digital,…
- 3-5 years (Key) Account Management in a consumer-driven environment
- Digital – Ecommerce experience is a serious asset.
- A digital conscious who is creative-minded with real interest regarding social and digital tools
- Fluent in Dutch/French/English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: can easily negotiate with and influence others
- Sales-minded with a hands-on approach
- Innovative and flexible
