Product Marketing Manager Connectivity


Within the Connectivity division of the Residential Marketing Department, you are part of the Product Marketing Connectivity team, and reporting to the Director Product Marketing Connectivity.

In an ongoing cooperation with the Product Management team you continuously shape the 18m Connectivity roadmap by outlining product vision and priorities, formulating new propositions, optimizations to existing product line-ups and new product experiences.

Together with the Go-to-market and Brand & Media Communications teams, you contribute to the design of the customer value propositions for all of our connectivity products and bundles: internet and telephony, both fixed and mobile.

Based on customer insights and market evolutions and trends, you define the product parts and features we need to bring together to create the most attractive products, as well as the pricing and terms and conditions for these products.

Responsible for product design, you make sure that our customers will have an optimal product experience that stimulates them to use their products and get the most out of them on a daily basis.


Tasks include:

  • In your contribution to the 18-month Connectivity roadmap, outline product vision and priorities from a commercial strategy and customer experience POV, and describe for each of the improvements what is needed and why. Build one roadmap story together with the Product Management team who focus on the platform and technology improvements.
  • Contribute to the design of the connectivity customer value propositions and bring your knowledge and passion for the product and superior experience to the table.
  • Monitor customer behavior and feedback, as well as industry, competition and consumer trends, in cooperation with the Market & Consumer Insights team, and translate back to customer value propositions and product features and experiences.
  • Continuously monitor the Connectivity P&L and its KPI’s to you have an excellent understanding of how product features, specifications and prices relate to our Business Performance.
  • In the implementation phase, take end-to-end ownership of the product features and experience, and work together with the Project Management, Residential Sales & Care, IT, Digital, Legal teams. Deliver product requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification. Deliver business case in cooperation with the Finance and Business Office teams.
  • Maintain a network of industry peers, especially within the Liberty Global group.



  • Over 5 years of marketing experience including product marketing or related in a residential market.
  • A conceptual marketeer who can translate industry and consumer trends and needs to consumer value propositions and product features and experiences.
  • An analytical mind to develop and present scenarios, business cases and justifications with clarity.
  • A strong interest in technology and an aptitude to understand product features and functions.
  • A confident and credible influencer.
  • Autonomous, but also a team player.
  • Capable of deputising for the Director Product Marketing.
