You organize and train the field forces as well as support the Field Force Managers concerning their people capabilities & skills development and sales knowledges.
Main tasks & responsibilities
-You train the sales forces on sales knowledge and skills in order to develop fully effective sales reps, in line with the current and future organization and training needs.
-You participate on the onboarding of newly hired sales reps.
-You deliver training courses
-You participate in the assessment of current and future organization training needs with focus on sales knowledge and skills
-You execute training initiatives based on the strategic business plans
-You participate to the update of the training curriculum of the sales reps and record training data
-You are the point of contact in selling skills
-You evaluate regularly the Sales trainings output in order to be able to adapt the training offer & content accordingly
-You support Brand teams accordingly with products launches, cycle meetings & workshops
-Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

-A university or Bachelor degree, scientific orientation or background.
-Solid experience in SALES (GP/SP) and or TRAINING
-Excellent communications, presentation and facilitation skills.
-Advanced observation skills and ability to provide feedback
