For our client, one of the market leader in the Telecom Industry, HAYS Sales is currently looking for a Key Account Manager with experience in handling large accounts for the Brussels Region.
The purpose of the job is to handle a portfolio of corporate clients in Belgium. The focus is on managing existing key accounts by building a long term commercial relationship. You are responsible for the whole sales process which can be long . You are mainly in contact with the procurement department of large companies. You are therefore also in charge of the tenders for existing clients as well as for potential new clients. You can indeed expect a mix between farming and hunting as you are also responsible to find new clients. You work from the office in the Brussels region but you are also often on the road to visit your clients.
The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B commercial position in handling a portfolio of large accounts. You must have a successful track record in both farming and hunting corporate clients. Besides, you have experience with tenders, as well as with dealing with buyers and procurement department. You are also fluent in French and Dutch. You do have a down-to-earth mentality, are proactive, open and a team player. Moreover, you are optimistic with a can do attitude, and have very good communication and commercial skills.
