SAP Program Project manager - CSC



Project/Program Management

  • Act as a knowledgeable advisor towards C-level clients on SAP project implementation in view of their go to market strategy
  • Deliver challenging projects on schedule and within budget, while satisfying agreed customer requirements and specifications within the scope of the project
  • Ensure the appropriateness, quality and timeliness of all aspects of the project by establishing the project office, measures and milestones, and tracking ongoing project progress
  • Mobilize the necessary CSC resources, assemble the project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate project resources and provide guidance and direction
  • Manage issues and scope proactively throughout the project lifecycle, and prepare and present project plans and status reports to organizational leadership, project teams and customer groups

People Management

  • Create and maintain an excellent team spirit
  • Lead multiple teams, be the driving force in leading others, understand and manage critical success factors
  • Active involvement in the hiring, planning, evaluation and coaching of the different consulting teams

Business Development

  • Identify and ensure add on business through strong delivery skills and excellent client relationships
  • Assist in creating strategies to win business in new markets and current accounts
  • Develop business relations, identify additional business opportunities and propose innovative solutions
  • Develop sales that strengthens relationships with decision makers


  • Significant prior SAP project management expertise in various industries or business domains, in managing projects from offering to go-live, and in acting as central link between all project stakeholders
  • Practical knowledge of best practices in project management (PMI, Prince2, …), and proven track record of managing several integration projects over 2M€, is a must
  • Combined functional and technical skills in SAP domains is a strong plus
  • Profound experience in the consulting industry and in designing, aligning and optimizing business performance indicators in order to ensure an optimal end-client service
  • You demonstrate a pro-active and entrepreneurial attitude in meeting challenges
  • You have a strong believe in the business potential and proven business development skills as well as client empathy
  • You ensure client satisfaction and are not afraid to take ownership
  • You are action oriented and results driven
  • You have a sound understanding on the industry specific processes and on how the business models work, interact and impact the clients’ business
  • You are able to lead sales and delivery activities, strong business case development and closing skills
  • You have proven people management experience and strong organizational and operational planning skills
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
