SALES TRAINER (Regio Brussel)
Organize and/or train the field forces as well as support the Field Force Managers concerning their people capabilities & skills development and sales knowledges.
- Train the sales forces on sales knowledge and skills in order to develop fully effective sales reps, in line with the current and future organization and training needs.
- Train the sales force on selling skills.
- Participate on the onboarding of newly hired sales reps.
- Delivery of ad hoc training courses
- Participate in the assessment of current and future organization training needs with focus on sales knowledge and skills
- Execute training initiatives based on the strategic business plans
- Participate to the update of the training curriculum of the sales reps and record training data
- Be a point of contact in Novartis selling skills
- Evaluate regularly the Sales trainings output in order to be able to adapt the training offer & content accordingly
- Support Brand teams accordingly with products launches, cycle meetings & workshops
