In this entrepreneurial job as Account Manager you take full responsibility in starting our Brussels services office and introducing the company and our service platform to local professionals and installation companies (plumbers, electricians, heating engineers etc.) in the Brussels region. We are ambitious, so if we say growth we mean growth. We are already active in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, The United Kingdom and Romania. And that is just the beginning. What will you as the Accountmanager do on a daily base?
- define and prepare the presentation materials of the service offering for professionals
- mapping the market & development of the sales pitch;
- validate the catalog of products and services (price & content);
- finalize contracts with selected professionals;
- train professionals in the use of our website / app and our processes;
- monitor active professionals on our platform;
- interact with in-house marketing teams;
- organizing network events;
- acquisition by telephone & visit potential clients;
- visit fairs.
Who are we looking for?
First of all, you are comfortable in sales processes and can easily take the customer’s perspective. Also, you are able to adapt to diverse audiences and have a strong empathy.
You are familiar with the home service business and get truly happy by a combination of helping others and reaching your own goals. You are well organized and know how to be successful without having much guidance.
You are very welcome to react if you have:
- a bachelor degree or similar by experience;
- sales and/or marketing courses;
- experience in introducing an innovative products or concepts is recommendable;
- excellent communication and writing skills in French, good in English, Dutch is a plus;
- knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
