Service Desk Officer - Anankei


You are the first Point of Contact for a range of IT-related incidents and problems. Mainly troubleshooting for a standard Windows 7/10 environment, staging & rollout of hardware (Microsoft System Center) and the rollout of corporate smartphones (Iphone/Airwatch) constitute a large part of your job. Aiding costumers happens through the phone aswell as on-site. You are willing to make interventions on different locations.

You are skilled in creating documentation and reports while preserving a costumer-oriented mentality. The ability to work in a structured manner comes naturally to you. Knowledge of ITSM ticketing tools (4Me/ITRP) is beneficiary, but not required.
