As a Sales Representative in our team in Malaga you will be responsible for selling Middleware solutions to customers in the Belux market. Middleware technology is a very important layer in the IT infrastructure that supports companies to optimize managing the data in a company, for internal processes or their presence online.
As part of your job you will be discussing business challenges with companies in the Belux market on a daily basis. Understanding their processes and how you can support with improving their applications to make sure that all departments in the company, or the customers of the company, can access information at the right time and at the right place.
The ultimate goal of your job is to sell Cloud and On-premise solutions by generating and following up on opportunities, including qualifying and prioritizing opportunities with new and existing accounts that will be assigned to you. You will work based on an annual revenue target with uncapped commission.
You will be part of a Benelux Sales team fully focused on Middleware technology. You will closely together with the Sales & Marketing teams in our Belgium office, and with the Business Development team in Dublin. This team is part of our EMEA Inside Sales organization, Oracle Direct.
You will be based in our office in Malaga and have the opportunity to further develop your Sales skills and experience, supported by an extensive training program. What are we looking for:
To succeed in this position we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor or Master’s degree and at least 2-3 years experience in a Sales job.
Understanding of business & sales processes is very important (i.e. how sales, marketing and after sales are connected) . Also the ability to gather information around business pain points is crucial for this role.
The ability to advise and inspire customers around their digital strategy and support them in the transformation process they are going through these days is key.
Communication, negotiations and influencing skills are required as well. We are looking for team players, with an entrepreneurial mindset, that are driven to succeed in Sales.
As the focus of this job is on the Belux market we require fluency in Dutch and French. As you will be part of an international organisation fluency in English is required as well.
