Bilingual (NL/FR) Product Specialist Dermatology (Brussel)


·         Achieve the sales goals set for the territory in terms of Sales Growth and Market Share

·         Identify the individual Key Customers/Dermatologists

·         Develop Account plan and strategies for the Key Customers

·         Build professional value relationships with the identified specialists.

·         Continually meet with targeted customers to maintain current understanding of their needs and expectations whilst promoting the product, make selling propositions by helping them                     understand their superior qualities relative to the competition

·         Ensure value is returned from the customer when value is provided

·         Work with customer to identify partnership opportunities in the form of programs, staff meetings, congresses, etc; Develop and implement initiatives by coordinating with colleagues

·         Fulfil customer requests for information and/or expertise by coordinating with the appropriate resources within the team (e.g. getting literature, supporting study efforts, product knowledge)

·         Complete administrative requirements and comply with guidelines and policies as set forth by the immediate manager and company as a whole

·         Attend meetings, congresses and training sessions



  • Identifying and targeting Dermatologists
  • Exploring the extra (untapped) sales potential in the sales region
  • Building customer relationships; promoting s according to the company strategy; making selling propositions and closing the deal
  • Collecting and reporting customer requirements, activities and information: continuing to validate and update relevant information which is central to the sales process
  • Responsible for the product sales
  • Be part of a team that influences and implements a national strategy locally and to optimize profitability by attracting and retaining a balanced portfolio of key customers

Knowledge/ Experiences:

  • At least 2 years of specialty sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven successful track record with dermatologists,paediatrics or gp doctors
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in science, (para)medical or economics

  • Excellent Dutch/French

IT Skills

  • Practical knowledge of CRM-systems
  • Practical knowledge of outlook and MS Office

  • Excellent selling skills
