SALES TRAINER (Regio Brussel)

Job Description

Organize and/or train the field forces as well as support the Field Force Managers concerning their people capabilities & skills development and sales knowledges. 

  • Train the sales forces on sales knowledge and skills in order to develop fully effective sales reps, in line with the current and future organization and training needs.
  • Train the sales force on selling skills.
  • Participate on the onboarding of newly hired sales reps.
  • Delivery of ad hoc training courses
  • Participate in the assessment of current and future organization training needs with focus on sales knowledge and skills
  • Execute training initiatives based on the strategic business plans
  • Participate to the update of the training curriculum of the sales reps and record training data
  • Be a point of contact in Novartis selling skills
  • Evaluate regularly the Sales trainings output in order to be able to adapt the training offer & content accordingly
  • Support Brand teams accordingly with products launches, cycle meetings & workshops



  • Master or Bachelor degree
  • French/Dutch + English: good written & spoken
  • Solid experience in SALES (GP/SP experience is a plus ) and-or training
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Advanced observation skills and able to provide feedback
