Sales and Account Manager for Europe, Russia & CIS - HomeSend

HomeSend is a joint venture created by MasterCard, eServGlobal and BICS that enables B2B cross-border and cross-network value transfers through a single connection. It builds on the successful deployment of mobile enabled person-to-person transfers in emerging markets and the digitalisation of money transfer services. The HomeSend service innovatively bridges the gap between finance and telecommunication service providers and enables consumers to send money to and from mobile money accounts, payment cards, bank accounts or cash outlets – regardless of their location or that of the recipient.


  • Promoting and selling the HomeSend P2P money transfer and payments solutions to the Mobile Financial Services and the Payments industry (Mobile Operators, Money Transfer Organizations, Banks, Payment Service Providers…) across your region;
  • Coordinating (at internal and customer level) the end-to-end implementation of the service with new customers: customer due diligence process, contract and commercial negotiations, financial set-up, service roll-out…;
  • Managing the relationship with assigned key customers:  on top of the operational day-to-day management in the commercial, financial, technical and legal areas, you are responsible for understanding the customers’ business strategies and for developing and implementing revenue plans to enhance your customers’ and HomeSend’s profitability;
  • Sharing customer and market information with the HomeSend Product Management, Business Development, Finance and Technical teams in order to improve the service features and positioning;
  • Developing in-depth analyses using data from multiple sources, in order to build strategic intelligence for both HomeSend and customers;
  • Identifying and capturing business opportunities that increase HomeSend’s market share and profitability;
  • Supporting and developing strong internal relationships within the HomeSend team to enable all team members to achieve their business goals and differentiate HomeSend from the competition.

All about you

  • Master Degree, preferably in business or engineering
  • Strong relevant work experience
  • Experience in the mobile money/payment industry is an asset
  • Preferably French-speaking, fluent in English
  • Proven sales, negotiation, communication skills
  • High project management and analytical skills
  • Sense of initiatives and ability to work independently
  • Open-minded & team-player
  • Willing to travel
