Hays Sales is looking for a Branch Manager for our client in the Energy sector in Brussels.
Your tasks will include the coordination of the planning and the logistical process, provide support for the clerks and the drivers, and make sure that the preconceived objectives are met. You will be responsible for the coordination of the logistical process and the planning for the incoming orders. You will provide support and guidance for the clerks and chauffeurs in terms of customer contact and the processing of the orders and complaints. As a team, you will make sure that the preconceived goals (KPI’s) are met and will discuss these results in a monthly meeting. As the manager you will decide the price for BTW-payers and B2B customers, and act as the point of contact for colleagues. Moreover you will make sure that the administration (f.e. HR-documents, absences,…) is handled properly.
We are looking for a bilingual (FR/NL) person who possess’ at least a Bachelor degree and has experience in a management position. You are motivated, decisive, result-driven, and have a commercial attitude. You don’t mind flexible working hours and have no problem adjusting to alternating work demands. You are a fluent communicator who can handle problems in a swift manner.
