We are looking for:
CEO / MANAGING DIRECTOR (m/f)
of an ICT CONSULTANCY START-UP COMPANY
You join a team of « owners » entrepreneurs federated around the Founding President of the Group. Several positions are available in Belux.
Your challenge : create and develop your own company in a « start-up » mode while benefitting from the solid logistic and financial resources of the Group, as well as the synergies and the Group’s support. We will introduce you to our working and management practices and methodologies.
You build your own strategy and « Business Plan »: markets, clients, positioning, service offerings (functional and technical), with the goal to build a strong and profitable company (target: 100 to 200 consultants in 5 years’ time).
You implement your project in all its dimensions: recruitment of consultants and managers, business development, sales, client relationship management, HR management, P&L, …
You will participate progressively and significantly in the share capital of your company as you reach specific milestones. The Group guarantees your personal income for the first 18 months.
In this way you develop your own project with large autonomy while at the same time building your personal future capital and participating in the development of an international Group.
Man or woman with a university degree preferably in Engineering or Business Management with a solid experience (5 to 10 years) and a successful track record in the sale of intellectual services (Consultancy, ICT or Engineering) and the management of a profit centre.
Today you are for example Regional Manager/Director, Business Unit Manager or Sales Manager in a services and consultancy company in ICT or innovation.
Ideally you have in depth knowledge of a particular sector, a set of clients and/or a specific skills domain that enables you to take off quickly. Having managed a sales team or a profit centre (of 30 to 100 consultants) is a plus. You master the services and consultancy business mechanisms and methodologies.
