Admin Support - Anankei



Support ITS team manager and program analyst in administrative task : creation of purchase request in Ariba, extension of contract for external resources, request of IT material for external resources.

Required Responsibilities
- Based on information provided by managers create purchase request in Ariba
- Follow-up up of external resources (trigger managers for required extensions)
- Take contact with line manager, program analyst, procurment is case of issues
- Build report and chase for timely timesheet filling


Degree & Experience

- Experience in ICT sector is a plus

Technical skills

- Medium knowledge of Outlook & Excel
- Able to understand and communicate in NL, FR, EN
- Knowledge of Ariba of other ERP tools is a plus
